About Shipping
After receiving your order, we will confirm and ship your order on our business day. The time it takes for the product to arrive at your doorstep will vary depending on your region. Please see the detailed explanation below.
As a general rule (※1) , orders placed before 10:00AM on weekdays from Tuesday to Friday will be shipped on the same day . Orders placed after 10:00AM on weekdays and on Mondays will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or other store holidays will be accepted on the first business day after the holiday and shipped on the next business day. Therefore, we may not be able to accommodate your desired delivery date and time. Thank you for your understanding.

About pre-order items
Products marked on the product page as "Reservations for early month" or "Reservations for end of month" are pre-orders. Items will be shipped after production is complete. Please wait until the indicated period.

If you order a pre-order item using a credit card, our site's credit card system has a hold period of only about 30 days from the time you place your order until the credit card company is charged for the purchase, and once this hold period has expired, you will no longer be able to pay by card.
Therefore, if the period between the order date and the shipment of the pre-ordered item is 30 days or more, we will charge your credit card before shipping the item.
